ABOUT
Laughing Dragon Entertainment, LLC formed in 2014 to consolidate the efforts of father-son team of Bennett and Adam Litwin into a multi-faceted entertainment company.
Publishing WHERE EXACTLY IS HEAVEN in 1990, led to writing screenplays and books part-time for Bennett. In 2008 Bennett committed to full-time writing and producing. With a 25 year career in commercial real estate, putting together people and projects has carryover into the entertainment field.
Co-writing and co-producing a libretto with Robb Steinberg in 2009 we cast and staged the play towards a Broadway show. We have high hopes for our Juke-box musical, as life-rights and song rights are pending.
Education and comedy are our focus, and whenever possible we combine the two. On-set experience with our two combined web series UNLOADED and LOADED, and working as a producer, casting agent, and on-set hand we’ve gather skills and a network of trained professionals to assist us on our own work and for others.
Learning the power of entrepreneurship, and after years of waiting for Hollywood to call us back, we’ve undertaken the task of making our own feature film, working title, FRACKERS, now in pre-production.
THE TEAM
Bennett Litwin
Bennett Litwin is a writer, public speaker, business consultant, real estate professional, investor, and producer of film and books. Transactional experience in commodities, commercial real estate, and with film professionals focus on task, value, and quality.
Skill sets: Breaking down complex ideas into simpler terms and concepts. Translating different styles of thinking as a negotiator, comedy writer, screenplay writer, story teller. Coordinating various tasks towards the same goal. Bringing a team together.
Adam Litwin
Adam Litwin is an actor, screenwriter, producer and entertainment attorney. He has spent years studying acting with Theresa Bell at TBell Actors Studio and has recently performed in a variety of independent films, national commercials, web series and print ads. He has also gained great insight and experience leading an improvisational comedy troupe and directing theatre. He has written and co-written half a dozen feature length screenplays, a web series, numerous comedy sketches and stand-up comedy material. As an attorney, he has represented and continues to provide legal counsel to individuals and organizations in all positions in the film, television and music industries (http://litwinlawdallas.com/).
